TB Costom Jewelry sells jewelry products including chains, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, rings, earrings, watches, grillz, body jewelry, jewelry sets, and custom pieces. We aim to display accurate product details, images, prices, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, material finish, or handmade production.

3. Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry orders may include personalized names, logos, initials, measurements, stone selections, metal choices, engraving, grillz, pendants, watches, rings, or other made-to-order requests.

• Custom orders may require additional production time.
• Customers are responsible for approving names, spelling, sizing, design details, and final instructions.
• Once production begins, custom orders may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is an approved issue.
• Minor handmade variations may occur in custom jewelry pieces.

4. Pricing & Availability

Product prices, promotions, availability, and shipping fees may change at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error or stock issue occurs, TB Costom Jewelry reserves the right to cancel, update, or contact the customer before processing the order.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

TB Costom Jewelry accepts Zelle, CashApp, Chime, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Bank Transfer. Customers should only send payment using verified payment details provided by TB Costom Jewelry.

• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
• Bitcoin and bank transfer payments may require extra confirmation time.
• Customers are responsible for entering correct payment details.
• Unauthorized, reversed, or incomplete payments may delay or cancel an order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide and internationally to eligible destinations. Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method, product availability, custom production time, destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

• Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days — $25.
• Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days — $35.
• Same-day shipping: available for eligible orders placed before 2PM — $50.
• Free shipping may apply to eligible orders over $500.

7. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping names, addresses, phone numbers, and delivery details. TB Costom Jewelry is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original condition. Custom, personalized, engraved, hygiene-sensitive, sale, or made-to-order items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or placed into custom production, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

10. Jewelry Care & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care of jewelry after delivery. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, impact, improper storage, or rough handling may affect the finish, stones, plating, or durability of jewelry.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, copy content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
